Annmarie's experience spans 30 years in the field of Human Resources leader. She had a varied career and collaborated with teams of leaders to achieve corporate goals and objectives, especially during times of fast changes and expansion. She's been a thought-partner in helping integrate business and person strategies into business goals and strategic plans through managerial and organizational management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. She's a fervent believer in learning and envisions leadership and team development as the ultimate competitive edge. Her extensive experience in smaller and mid-sized companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders, with proven success and results has created organizations that were able to embrace innovations in learning and transformation in a positive way for individuals, groups as well as organizations. As Annmarie continues to dedicate her talents and time to aiding the goals of Learning Ally she is currently providing support to a number of non-profit organizations during her time off.
