Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. She won her Pro Card only one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later and was 17. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend the time off from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals every year. She won another four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Also, 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age in history. Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her degree from college. When she earned her IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel was able to make a comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more than proud of her performance. She was up against the best. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel enjoys working out on your lower back. Her exercises to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine using single-arm lat pull-downs. The warm-up is done prior to working on the sets. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. This is accomplished by creating all of her back exercises, and doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. She would do this type of workout twice per week, with one day being a lightweight day, as well as the second heavy weight day.
