Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. She is most well-known for her part in the CW television show Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and also as the lead singer in The Pretty Reckless. Songs by Momsen have appeared in films and shows including How to Be Solo Going the Distance and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen was born on the 26th of July 1993. She is the younger sibling of Sloane Momsen who is also an actor. She studied dancing at the Center of Creative Arts St. Louis. In an advertisement for Shake 'n Bake commercial at the time, momsen started to perform professionally after she was three. Momsen went on a career hiatus over three years, before being cast as the lead in Misconceptions which is a WB television series. Momsen was also a part of Saving Shiloh in 2006 at the time. In addition, she was one of the three top candidates for Hannah Montana's title part. However, Miley Cyrus was awarded the title role.
